Our carpet cleaning solution is an EPA Safer Choice product, which means it is safe for you, your pets and, the environment. We use steam cleaning, and is a safe & effective way to clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, and tile. It is one of the most effective ways to remove dirt and debris from these surfaces and sanitize them, killing bacteria and other germs. Periodic carpet cleaning and maintenance for carpeted corridor spaces every 4 months / 3 times a yearThe machine we will use to clean the carpet is with steamer.1) Pre-Inspection: Our technician will walk through the building to identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results2) We will thoroughly vacuumed with a special Turbine Vacuum System to remove bonded dry soil. Dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming 3) The furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs4) Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal5) Soil Extraction and Rinse: we will thoroughly rinse the carpet with a powerful extraction cleaning system without oversetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind6) Every carpet that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves the carpet soft and fresh7) Post Grooming: we will groomed the carpet with a professional groomer so that the pile of the carpet will stand tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position8) High velocity air movers will be placed during the carpet cleaning process to promote faster drying.
PROPERTY CLEANING MAINTENANCE TASKS & CHECKS
Every Day: 1. Compact trash and remove from the building. Disinfect the trash room and all areas by mopping the floor 2. Check ALL light bulbs – replace burned out bulbs immediately. 3. Sweep front walk and curbs. 4. Vacuum outside and lobby entrance carpets. 5. Clean Lobby, e.g., glass doors, tables, mirrors, dust and mop the floor 6. Vacuum all hallways - as needed – schedule for Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 7. Inform the property manager of any problems, leaks 8. Check with the property manager for additional tasks (Tuesday: Check recycle bins – if dirty – disinfect after recycling pick up)Friday: 1. Sweep basement Floor 2. Mop stairwells 3. Spot clean hallway carpets. Monthly: 1. Clean air filters on lobby units. 2. Clean all brass fixtures and signage. Quarterly: 1. Remove clutter and stage for bulk pick up 2. Clean trash rooms. Mop floors. 3. Clean out items left in walkways of storage areas. Semi – Annual: 1. Remove and clean all light fixture covers. 2. Scrub walls and floors in stairwells

POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
Clean-up steps after renovating:1) Sweep and vacuum all surfaces, including ceilings and walls. 2) Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors.3) Vacuum all upholstery4) Wipe down doors, knobs, baseboards, moldings, and hardware5) Thorough wipe-down and sanitization of bathrooms and kitchens (including appliances, cabinets, and counters)6) Dust, vacuum, and wipe-down of all window interiors including sills and frames7) Dust all ducts, grates, vents, blinds, ceiling fans, and lighting fixtures8) Clean all hardware hinges and handles, shelves, and cabinets & Clean inside all closets9) Removal of all remaining trash and debris (although your contractor should have removed most of this as part of the contract)
